Check-in & Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m.. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please consult us in advance; it is subject to availability and may have an additional cost.

How does online check-in work?

Upon confirming your reservation you will receive a link to complete your online check-in, where you must upload your identity documents. This allows us to generate your electronic invoice and comply with official reports (SIRE and TRA).

Bookings & Payments

Is any advance payment required?

Yes. All reservations must be guaranteed with a minimum deposit of $50,000 COP. During high demand seasons, we may request up to 50% of the total stay value, which will be informed when confirming your reservation.

Is VAT charged?

Yes. All rates include 19% VAT, in accordance with Colombian tax regulations.

What is the cleaning fee?

Some accommodations include a one-time cleaning fee per stay. This amount is clearly indicated in each listing before booking.

Do you offer electronic invoices?

Yes. All reservations made at Andaliving have electronic invoicing.

What benefits do I get if I book directly with Andaliving?

By booking direct you can access preferential rates, exclusive promotions and personalized communication for your stay.

Policies

What if I want to cancel my reservation?

The cancellation policy depends on the channel through which you booked (Andaliving, Airbnb, Booking, etc.) and the rate selected (flexible, semi-flexible or non-refundable).

Can I bring visitors or additional people?

Only registered people in the reservation can stay. Visitors must be notified and, in some cases, may generate additional charges.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is prohibited inside the properties. It is only allowed in designated areas when they exist. Non-compliance may result in an additional cleaning charge and even immediate termination of the stay.

What should I do in case of damage or loss?

Damage caused during the stay must be covered before it ends. In case of losses or inconveniences, contact us immediately to find a solution.

Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
